Summary

Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Planning and Admin Support Specialist to join the B2B Team. This role supports service planning, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance B2B customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and Global HQ in Korea
• Provide project support including documentation, report generation, PowerPoint creation, and meeting recaps
• Collaborate across departments to support B2B customer satisfaction initiatives
• Contribute to the development and improvement of B2B service processes
• Support strategic planning and execution of team goals

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong summarization and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Project and program management experience
• Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Proficiency in English & Korean

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global teams or executive-level reporting
• Familiarity with B2B service operations or customer care environments
