What will your essential responsibilities include? Represent AXA XL externally with brokers and customers, promoting AXA XL claims value proposition to distinguish us in the US Mid-Market marketplace. Participate in marketing and business development activities, partnering with internal colleagues to present AXA XL claim capabilities to brokers and prospective customers. Complete new account implementations, including Welcome/Onboarding meetings with new insureds, in-house claims units, TPA and broker partners to ensure roles and responsibilities on the claim program are clear. Interact with in-house claim units and third-party administrators to develop, implement and monitor client-specific instructions and action plans related to performance on the claim program. Manage the claim review process for the client, coordinating internal and external resources and review meetings. Conduct meetings with clients and brokers to resolve issues and manage ongoing client relationships. Coordinate with the Claims Technical Team on losses and proactively communicate with stakeholders to deliver optimal claims service. Lead client stewardship meetings to address performance and opportunities for improvement in partnership with in-house claim units and third-party TPAs. Manage and participate in Lessons Learned calls with internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Bring
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Broad claims account and vendor management experience; advanced experience within a TPA or Insurance Carrier. Strong organizational abilities to track multiple projects and tasks. Technical multi-jurisdictional claims experience across lines of business including Worker’s Compensation, Auto, General Liability, Property and Umbrella. Technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and/or BI tools to perform loss run data evaluations. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; CPCU or similar designation preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills for interactions with senior management and partners. Travel is anticipated up to 20% of the time. Who We Are
