Overview
The
Bar Staff
is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and alcohol service guidelines, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $4.35 and is tip eligible
This is a seasonal role from July 21, 2025 and will end on October 21, 2025.
This position will remain open until October 21, 2025.
Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar menu offerings Support other team members during busy times or events Report any safety, intoxication, or guest concerns to management Uphold company policies and deliver excellent customer experiences Qualifications
Must be at least 18 (or 21 depending on local laws) years of age Prior experience in a bar, nightclub, or hospitality setting preferred TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification (if applicable) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance
