About the role

We are searching for a

Senior Conference Services Manager!

A passionate leader who thrives on creating extraordinary group experiences. In this role, you'll partner with Group Sales to bring events to life, guiding meeting planners through a smooth and inspiring planning process. You'll champion clear communication across all hotel departments, uphold sales agreements, and lead the Conference Services team to deliver flawless execution, exceptional standards, and truly memorable guest experiences.

What you will do Negotiate with clients using creative proposals to maximize revenue and meet contractual obligations. Collaborate with Sales/Event Managers to optimize function space and revenue potential. Train and develop team members through regular meetings and targeted feedback. Maintain and review Catering Forecasts to ensure operational alignment. Finalize booking requirements, drive upselling opportunities, and ensure clear interdepartmental communication. Oversee banquet event execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Participate in key planning and strategy meetings with clients and hotel teams. Uphold Four Seasons standards while fostering collaboration across departments. Make timely decisions balancing client needs with hotel goals. Resolve on-property challenges promptly, keeping leadership informed. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and operational requirements. What you bring

3-5 years of catering sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in wedding sales and service. Proficient in Salesforce, Social Tables, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research. College education preferred. Strong selling, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Skilled in influencing, guiding, and coaching team members. Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. What we offer:
