Senior Supplier Contracts Procurement Agent

Boeing Global Services is looking for a
Supplier Contracts Procurement Agent
to join the team in Seattle, WA. This position will sit within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Global Parts Solutions team with responsibility for overseeing the relationship management, delivery performance, and contracts for one or more of Boeing's key suppliers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of related work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 5+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance Able to travel up to 5% of the time. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher Experience proposing and executing contracts Experience collaborating with executive and senior management 4+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Strong professional communication skills Fluent in both verbal and written English Drug Free Workplace:
