Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent
to join our Supplier Management team in
Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies Engages with executive leadership and presents on contractual risks, opportunities, and issues Mentors other procurement agents on suppler relationship management, contractual enforcement, supply chain processes and system utilization Collaborates cross-functionally to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer's requirements Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes 5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions 5+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development Able to travel 10% of the time Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, law, or a related field Experience in a self-directed role Drug Free Workplace:
