Production Planner/Master Scheduler

Pay rate: $ 30-$35.21/Hr.
Job description:
Ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. Locates and expedites critical materials
Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy; adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted
Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follows-up to ensure commitments are met
Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle
Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
Provide input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers
Candidate should have the ability to think critically and have a process improvement mindset.
Two+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations
Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers
Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
Onsite Flex.
Willing to work Dayshift Sundays-Thursdays or Tuesdays-Saturdays is a plus
