The Opportunity

We’re looking for an

Estimator

to join our growing preconstruction team. With new projects and increased workload, this role will provide critical support to the Director of Estimating and company leadership. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate budgets, evaluating risk, and ensuring our bids are both competitive and precise.

What You’ll Do

Review drawings, specifications, and other project documents to identify scopes, costs, risks, and requirements.

Develop and prepare detailed project budgets and estimates.

Collaborate with the Preconstruction Manager, Director of Estimating, and partners to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness.

Utilize digital takeoff and estimating tools to streamline bid preparation.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and standards.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a commercial estimator; multifamily (apartments, townhomes) strongly .

Proficiency with digital takeoff and estimating software.

Strong analytical and financial skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, and preconstruction processes.

Engineering or related degree (not required).
