Description

The Admissions Processor supports the enrollment operations of Snow College by accurately and efficiently processing admissions applications and related documentation. This position ensures student records are maintained with integrity, responds to applicant inquiries, and provides excellent customer service to prospective students and families. The Admissions Processor plays a key role in ensuring timely communication throughout the admissions process and contributes to the overall success of institutional enrollment goals. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. One (1) or more years of administrative, data entry, or customer service experience, preferably in higher education. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with CRM systems and Student Information Systems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, Banner, Ellucian) preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Major Responsibilities/Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process admissions applications and supporting materials in accordance with established policies and procedures. Enter and update applicant data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Student Information System (SIS) with accuracy. Verify documentation for completeness and authenticity, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements. Communicate with applicants regarding missing or incomplete application materials. Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist in the preparation and distribution of admissions correspondence and materials. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all applicant records. Collaborate with admissions counselors, recruiters, and other team members to ensure a seamless admissions experience. Participate in cross-training opportunities to provide support across multiple functions within the admissions office. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Admissions Processing or Director of Admissions.
