Harrisburg Member Service Representative

SIU Credit Union is a financial institution that is for people, not for profit. We are a strong and growing credit union doing business in 24 southern Illinois counties with offices in Carbondale, Marion, Energy, Harrisburg and Metropolis. If you have the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external members, we would like to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative for our Harrisburg location.

What you'll do:

Build relationships with our community of members and employees

Open and maintain all types of accounts including personal, trusts, business, HSA and IRA

Process consumer loans from application through funding

Work with internal team members to resolve member concerns/issues

Strive to meet sales and service goals established by management each month

What we're looking for:

High school diploma

Bondable

Two years related experience

Great communication and analytical skills

Eye for detail

Enjoy helping others
