Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Director
to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our senior living community. This is a
full-time leadership
role where you'll ensure our building, grounds, and systems are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests. What We Offer

As a Maintenance Director, you will: Supervise both maintenance and housekeeping teams Oversee property maintenance, repair, and safety compliance Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met in resident apartments and common areas Manage groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow removal Respond quickly to building and apartment repair needs Turn units and ensure common areas remain in excellent condition Help monitor and manage the community's maintenance and housekeeping budgets Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents What We're Looking For
Knowledge of fire codes, building regulations, and facility maintenance Strong problem-solving and repair skills Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Experience managing a team of individuals Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule
This is a
full-time position
with a schedule of either
Sunday-Thursday
or
Monday-Friday . On-call availability is required for emergencies. Join Our Team
