Donovan Heat, Air, and Electric
is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair while providing exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This position will require an emphasis on multitasking, working in a high volume environment and self motivation.

What Will I Do?
Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments Communicate with field personnel Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians Maintain accurate technician database Coordinate parts scheduling Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions. Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods Work closely with the team in a high volume office Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
The following is REQUIRED for consideration:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related industry Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications Experience with Service Titan is
a plus Results driven in a high-energy environment Detail oriented with good time management skills Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed expectations Must be able to work evenings and weekends
