Description/Comment: Summary
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating policies and programs for our managed labs. Covering the following activities: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for specific internal client groups. Reports to the HR leader of HMH/PLS with functional responsibility to multiple client groups.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruits and screens exempt and non-exempt applicants. Ensures compliance with corporate hiring practices and policies.
• Administers the corporate performance management and salary administration programs in accordance with company policies.
• Services as a representative for various employee relations' issues by counseling employees and managers, gathering information and working with the HRSC to make action recommendations
• Facilitates training and career development plans for client groups.
• Works with the HR leader HMH / PLS to administer the annual HR Planning Process, such as performance reviews, compensation planning & goal setting.
• Serves as Glint Survey administrator for client groups.
• Assists employees in resolving benefits coverage issues by troubleshooting with Corporate HR and Corporate Benefits.
• Facilitates organizational design and change management initiatives with client groups
Job Qualifications (Work Experience, Physical & Mental Requirements, Knowledge, Skills) Required Work Experience: 3+ years HR Generalist experience Preferred Work Experience: Worked in a medical environment Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is REQUIRED
Knowledge: • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel) • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle (HR specific systems)
Skills: • Organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Dealing with ambiguity • Prioritizing work

Offer of Employment Process

Upon the successful completion of the background check and drug screen, the submission of all Mindlance paperwork along with any client specific documents the associate will be cleared for their assignment. Once the start instructions are received, which is typically the Friday prior to the candidate's start date the associate will receive starting instructions from the account management team.
