Job Description: Order Management Specialist
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the sales and fulfillment of spare parts and replacement pumps, working directly with customers as well as through agents and distributors. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer support across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotes for inquiries including spare parts, replacement pumps, and third-party spares
Provide service and support to address customer inquiries
Manage customer communications with professionalism and clarity
Enter and process orders in the ERP system
Research and resolve missing data in internal systems to support customer needs
Handle multiple orders and time-sensitive tasks, ensuring timely updates and delivery
Collaborate with global teams and sales to ensure orders meet customer requirements
Provide technical support and cooperate with international sales offices
Prepare monthly sales reports and performance summaries
Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs
Coordinate with internal support departments to ensure seamless service
Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; excellent time management
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communicator across diverse global teams
Familiarity with industry practices and ERP systems
Organized and capable of monitoring multiple activities simultaneously
Adaptable and decisive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Skilled in process development and continuous improvement
Passionate about customer satisfaction and service excellence
Experience in customer service and support roles
Comfortable working in an international, values-driven organization
High sense of responsibility and responsiveness to customer needs
Experience with pump technology is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills
Service-minded and solution-oriented personality
Work Environment
Up to 10 days of domestic and international travel annually
Work onsite - Monday - Friday in Chesapeake, VA
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $28.85/hr.
