Buyer
Join a fast-growing medical device company as a Buyer, where you'll play a critical role in scaling operations and supporting the launch of cutting-edge cardiac care technology in the U.S. You'll be the go-to expert for purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination-working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and inventory for 250-300 custom SKUs
Process 20-30 purchase orders per month, from basic supplies to complex components
Execute change orders, inventory disposition, and vendor communications
Support domestic and international shipments
Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain a well-organized warehouse (receiving, storing, picking, packing)
Negotiate with suppliers and collaborate across departments
Materials Handled:
Plastics (injection molding, extrusion), adhesives, electronics (PCBs, cables, wire harnesses), stamped metals
Systems Used:
Fishbowl ERP (90% of daily use) - inventory management
Arena - quality workflows
HubSpot - CRM and marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in complex medical devices
Strong experience in purchasing and planning
Experience with Fishbowl ERP (3+ years preferred)
Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
Work Environment & Schedule
Fully Onsite
Flexible hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Reports directly to the VP of Operations
You'll be the sole supply chain expert at the site

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.07/hr.
