Production Data Analyst Co-op
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Production Data Analyst Co-op to join our Manufacturing team located in Danvers. At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. Key Responsibilities: Develop and provide KPI reports on metrics such as overtime, productivity, yields, utilization, etc. to inform better decision making and proactively alert the business to opportunities and risks within the organization's production and supply chain. Develop business analytics that enable identification, prioritization, and justification of improvement programs that optimize production planning. Leverage data analytics tools and create dashboards that support our daily management tiered system. Qualifications: Junior, Senior or Grad student pursuing a degree in engineering. Prior work experience desired. Medical device experience preferred. Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik, MSPower BI) preferred. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
