IT Consultant Services - Program Manager
located in South Florida - Miami. The Program Manager will lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions, with a focus on Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), and OPA Web Determinations engines. Qualifications
Required Skills: 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or relevant industry knowledge Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US .gov website project Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred Experience leading teams of analysts and developers Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes A willingness to travel to client locations Other Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong Leadership & Project Management skills Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables Additional Information
