More Air Mechanical Service Inc Co is seeking an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a wide range of mechanical construction projects in the Metro New York City area. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across HVAC, piping, and specialty systems from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and client-facing communication skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Lead and manage HVAC/mechanical projects across HVAC, piping, and specialty systems. Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution from kickoff through completion. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality workmanship and compliance. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders. Monitor project budgets, labor, material usage, and productivity; report progress to senior management. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, safety compliance, and quality control. Manage project closeout, including inspections, documentation, and client handover. Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, or similar). Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, construction codes, and industry best practices. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent field experience. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software preferred. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Benefits
