Job Description: - Ensure prescreen is completed and attached when submitting candidates. - Attach the resume and license verification; candidates will be declined if these items are not attached. - Provide high-quality rehabilitation therapy services as a Physical Therapist. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. - Assess and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
