Description
Performs floor care duties per duty list including: carpet extraction and bonneting, floor scrubbing and burnishing (buffing, stripping).
Operates equipment safely and effectively.
Ensures sufficient supplies and equipment in designated storage areas at the end of each shift; and notifies Supervisor or designee when stock is needed to support the shift.
Maintains professional conduct at all time.
Work occasionally requires contact with patients and/or visitors which involves courtesy.
Sweep and mop stairwells to ensure area is clean and free of debris.
Strip, seal, wax, burnish, & buff floors.
Use low speed and high speed rotary floor machines and ride on floor machines.
Use scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, strippers, extractors & wet vacs, vacuum cleaners, pressure washer, steamers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
5 years floor care experience
High School Diploma or GED
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
