Overview
Fuel Commvaults growth engine by working across marketing channels with a focus on demand and nurture strategies in web, email, and paid activation. You are a self-driven individual who can act both strategically and tactically, with a strong track record of driving measurable impact via performance marketing channels. You have strong analytical skills, experienced in diving deep into data to find meaningful trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. You have direct experience in campaign management and optimization, and are skilled in managing external agencies to drive performance outcomes. Youre both technical and creative, and will be a strong partner to the internal media team, marketing ops, creative, campaign marketing, and data teams to consistently evolve and improve our demand gen marketing strategy. What You'll Do Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline Own conversion optimization across web, email, nurtures, content, and advertising Play a key role in our ABM motions; owning our ABM platform, Sendoso, etc. Leverage GenAI tools for real-time insights, content generation, and campaign personalization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing Manage growth reporting and analytics in lock step with the marketing operations team. Partner with field/regional teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and creative testing cycles. Experiment across channels: run A/B tests on creative, web flows, emails, events, and regional outreach. Harness AI-driven tools for real-time content personalization, insight generation, and campaign automation
Who You Are
12+ years in growth marketing; SaaS/cyber experience preferred A data-driven and analytical mindset. You base your decisions and strategies on data, and you have experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). A power user in ABM platforms (6sense / Demandbase preferred) Humble, creative partner with a growth mindset and can adapt to evolving strategic needs Deep understanding of multi-channel GTM strategy, content personalization, and digital performance Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools. In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams, driving alignment with global stakeholders while remaining accountable for results A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and bold experimentation is essential. Flexibility to shift focus as needed to drive at different strategic needs
