Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as
Medical Device Assemblers (2nd Shift) . In this role, you will work hands-on to assemble precision medical devices in a cleanroom environment. The position requires excellent manual dexterity, comfort working under microscopes, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
Responsibilities Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools, microscopes, and precision instruments. Perform cutting, soldering, gluing, and other fine motor assembly tasks. Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Conduct basic quality inspections and accurately document results. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while complying with safety and cleanroom protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small-part assembly. Comfortable working under microscopes for extended periods. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred but not required.
