Part-Time Human Resource Generalist
The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple HR functions. This position is temp to hire and will pay $19 and $25/hr.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities Assist with performance review tracking and documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Support payroll and benefits administration as needed Participate in HR projects and initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Preferred Attributes
SHRM or HRCI certification Experience in a part-time or flexible HR role

Pay Details:
