Part-Time Recruiter
We are seeking a part-time recruiter to support hiring efforts for light industrial and production floor positions. This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing skills and a passion for connecting candidates with hands-on roles in manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse environments. This position is 100% onsite in Tipp City and will work approximately 30 hours per week. Pay will range between $19 and $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Maintain candidate tracking and update recruitment systems Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and timelines Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for light industrial or production roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools Flexible schedule availability 30 hours per week, with flexibility based on hiring needs
