Principal SAP BW HANA & Datasphere Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP BW HANA & Datasphere Consultant. This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. Location of the requirement is Irving TX. Candidate should be working from the location. Preferred Qualifications Design and create solutions in Datasphere and BW bridge: Data integration from various sources and setting up connections Data modeling and storage Exposing data to 3rd party systems Administration and operations Document guidelines and best practices, provide support to offshore teams Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in SAP HANA modelling and scripting Experience in SAP BW modelling and BEX queries Strong experience on SAP BW on HANA modelling and building end-to-end data flows with A-DSOs, Open ODSs, Composite Provider, AMDP scripting and queries Strong experience in native HANA modelling – CDS, SQL Scripting, Graphical view-modelling, SDA extraction Design, build data flows, develop Process chains to load and monitor data loading Implement performance tuning techniques in SAP BW/HANA Hands-on expertise in Standard and Custom Planning Functions, Planning Sequences, Filters, Data Slices, Characteristic relationships, Currency Translation, Planning Layouts Hands-on experience in creating web templates Good knowledge in ABAP is desirable In-depth knowledge of SAP Datasphere architecture, components, and capabilities In-depth knowledge of BW Bridge architecture, components, and capabilities Experience in SAP Datasphere integration with various source systems and setting up connections Experience in exposing SAP Datasphere for outbound integration with cloud systems e.g. Azure, AWS, etc. Experience in driving architecture discussions with customers Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should have overall at least 11-year experience. SAP certifications in relevant areas are a plus Good proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
