A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Customer Care Representative in Tennessee! The Customer Care Representative will be working for a Fortune 5 Company and has career growth potential. Customer Care Representative Highlights • The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. • Training schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM local time. • Post-training schedules: Monday – Friday, with shift options available. • Remote position – candidates must be located in Tennessee. • This position is contract-to-hire with conversion potential. Responsibilities • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls. • Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. • Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate explanations to help members better understand their benefits and coverage options. • Match the pace of callers while demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. • Multi-task by toggling through multiple programs and dual screens while actively engaging with members. • Problem-solve and offer effective solutions to simplify the healthcare experience for members. • Adhere to HIPAA regulations, government compliance standards, and company policies. Requirements • Must reside in Tennessee. • Must have reliable, hardwired internet with at least 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload speed (screenshot required on resume). • Must have a quiet, secure home workspace. • High School Diploma or GED required. • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or related). • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. • Must be comfortable on camera for training and virtual meetings. • Safety Sensitive role – drug test required. Preferred Qualifications: • 6+ months of healthcare-related experience. • Associate degree or equivalent work experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
