Job Title: Environmental Service Worker

Job Description

Join our team as an Environmental Service Worker, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. Your customer service skills will be essential in interacting with tenants and customers while performing your duties.

Responsibilities

Perform discharge cleaning to ensure readiness for new occupants.

Clean common areas to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.

Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly.

Conduct general housekeeping tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and buffing floors.

Essential Skills

Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, and janitorial duties.

Proficiency in environmental service tasks.

Strong customer service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous janitorial experience is required.

Experience within a hospital environment is preferred.

Ability to interact effectively with tenants and customers.

Work Environment

Work in a 50-bed state-of-the-art hospital. Shifts are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to start as late as 9:00 AM. Every other weekend is required off, and there is potential to transition to a swing shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Dress code is professional and suitable for a healthcare environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
