Join our team as an Area Revenue Manager, supporting a cluster of 4-6 primarily Hilton-branded hotels. You will drive revenue strategy in collaboration with Operations and Sales leadership, handle forecasting/budgeting, create reports for short-, mid- and long-term planning, and provide on-site training and support. Supporting the Hotel General Managers, with close coordination alongside the President, VP of Sales, VP of Operations, and Sales Leaders.

Key Responsibilities for the Area Revenue Manager: Provide full revenue management support, including inventory allocation/restrictions to maximize revenues and profits. Analyze group/transient pace reports, ensuring optimal room rates by segment. Evaluate competitors, pricing, seasonality, mix, and corporate RFP strategies. Lead weekly strategy meetings on market share, pricing, restrictions, channels, and booking pace. Build relationships with third-party market managers. Complete brand systems training and audits for rate plans/distribution channels. Run, analyze, and store rate shop/business intelligence reports; validate data accuracy. Assist in managerial report preparation, rate loading, group evaluation, and displacement analysis. Review group/convention blocks for revenue opportunities and compliance. Update 30-60-90-day and mid-month forecasts; prepare annual budgets and business plans. Measure booking trends, pickup, no-shows, and business sources. Foster relationships with corporate staff, hotel teams, and ownership. Provide weekly/monthly commentary to senior leadership and owners. Run and distribute daily/weekly revenue and strategy reports. Perform other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking for in an Area Revenue Manager:
3+ years in Area Revenue Management. Expert in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Hilton Revenue Management, PMS, and sales systems. Keen attention to detail for spotting data errors. Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and collaborate objectively. Preferred Locations
