Strategy Overview: As part of our Strategy team, you will collaborate with senior leaders from both commercial and public sector organizations in healthcare. As a Consultant, you will be an analytical thinker and innovative problem solver. Your responsibilities will include: Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets using advanced Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools. Conduct research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support project objectives. Identify key trends and insights from data to inform decisions and project deliverables. Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate findings. Project Support and Execution: Ensure project success by adhering to project plans, timelines, and deliverables with guidance from project managers. Execute assigned workstreams within larger consulting engagements. Utilize strategic frameworks and methodologies to solve complex client problems. Client Deliverable Development: Prepare and deliver project materials, reports, and presentations tailored for client review. Contribute to the development of compelling storyboards and key messages for client communications. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Participate in client meetings and workshops under the supervision of senior team members. Use structured communication techniques to organize and share insights effectively. Build trusted relationships with client contacts across various organizational levels. Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Seek feedback to develop expertise in specific areas relevant to the role. Contribute insights and learnings to the firm’s knowledge base based on project experiences. What You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a top-tier or boutique consulting firm. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and analytical capabilities. Strong financial and quantitative analysis abilities, with experience in business case development. An entrepreneurial spirit that supports Guidehouse's growing healthcare practice. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx. Willingness to travel as required, up to 75%. What Would Be Nice To Have: MBA or MHA (MBA highly preferred). Experience in the Healthcare Payer or Provider industry. Healthcare industry affiliations. Familiarity with AI, Cloud, and/or Machine Learning.
