Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for large-scale integrated projects through compelling brand and enterprise creative briefs. Create inspiring audience profiles and insights critical to tailoring creative briefs for new and existing initiatives. Collaborate and communicate effectively with creative, brand management, and project management teams to support dynamic marketing efforts and advertising campaigns. Act as a trusted partner to creative teams, providing ongoing support in brainstorming, concept development, and strategic guidance. Demonstrate exceptional communication talent through engaging presentations and leadership in meetings with senior partners and colleagues. Channel a deep understanding of military culture to ensure insights are pivotal to the Brand and Creative Strategy team, inspiring creativity in other teams. Contribute to branding consistency by aligning creative briefs and guidance throughout development. Stay informed of military, cultural, and societal trends that could influence creative strategies and industry dynamics. Exhibit strategic foresight by identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations. Lead and strategize social media initiatives and oversee seamless digital campaigns that result in outstanding executions. Manage and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines with ease. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to spur innovative ideas as needed. Prepare tactical project creative briefs when necessary. What We Are Looking For:
Ability to blend intuition with data-driven insights to fuel creative strategies. Strong relationship-building skills to influence and enhance the creative process. Excellent presentation abilities and communication skills. A captivating storyteller who can engage diverse audiences. Sound understanding of account planning and creative functions, with demonstrated expertise in delivering quality work. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application in strategy development. Experience with syndicated studies such as Experian Simmons is a bonus. Solid knowledge of marketing principles and the creative development process. Bachelor's Degree in advertising, communications, or marketing is required. 7+ years of experience in account planning, brand, or creative strategy, including creating creative briefs. Proven experience in collaboration with creative teams. Background in an advertising agency or in-house agency setting is essential. Military background or veteran status (self or family) is a plus. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.00 to $38.00 an hour, based on education, relevant experience, certifications, and location. This position will be based in our San Antonio, TX office. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
