RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Subject Matter Expert II Delivers specialized technical knowledge and consultation on procurement policies, IT systems, and best practices to support program planning and execution. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field. Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience and possess extensive knowledge when advising on large and high complex project/programs. Must have the ability to analyze project requirements and develop strategic solutions and plans to meet agency’s needs. Able to provide highly technical and specialized guidance concerning solutions to complex problems. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required Project Management certification Master’s Degree or higher Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
