This role supports Government And Public Services sector engagements, specifically for the North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C). Position : Project Manager II – Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting (PASS) – Exempt W2, remote/CONUS support with focus in the Southeastern United States, Goldsboro, NC, and related regions. Role aligns with NAICS 541611 – Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. Contingent on business needs, the company reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employee. Responsibilities Lead medium-to-large scale projects related to procurement assistance and IT consulting, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Provide services in PASS for Government And Public Services sector clients, particularly State of North Carolina (NCDPC) engagements, serving as primary client point of contact and guiding project staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in leading discussions, developing questions and issues, managing risks, and delivering presentations. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Education / Experience / Skills Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies; strong leadership, time management, and analytical abilities; excellent oral and written communication. Experience: Eight (8) years with degree or fourteen (14) years with a high school diploma or GED (as applicable per role specifics). Other Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, Visio; ability to learn new tools quickly.
