Americas Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons, a division of Luxury Brand Holdings, is seeking a Certified Project Manager to establish a formal PMO for Ross-Simons, as well as serve as a Trafficking Manager for our marketing department. This person will have a dual reporting structure between the head of creative for all trafficking responsibilities, as well as to the CMO/CDO for all PMO responsibilities. The Trafficking Manager plays an important role in the Marketing and Creative organizations for LBH, ensuring the timely completion of projects that support both digital and print assets. The PMO portion of this role will be responsible for establishing and coaching PM best practices for all Ross-Simons team members, impacting multiple areas of the business cross-functionally. This person collaborates with colleagues across diverse roles that include business managers, designers, art directors, copy writers, and print production experts. This person is ideally certified in both traditional PMO practices (has and maintains a PMP) AND in either full Agile or SAFE Agile methodology. Additionally, this person is highly organized, savvy, self-starting, able to juggle multiple projects with aplomb, highly analytical and consequential in their thinking, able to effectively collaborate with a variety of personality types, and places an emphasis on flawless execution that is consistently on-time, in-full, and on-budget. This person is a leader that seeks to enhance the level of productivity and accountability generated by team members ensuring all deliverables meet approved standards, project requirements and timelines and is excited to train and coach others in similar practices across the organization. This person will play a central role in collaborating with multiple leaders around the business to establish rules, norms, tools and practices for consistent project management company-wide. Responsibilities

Day-to-day Traffic of Projects Manage the daily workflow and traffic of all marketing and creative development including emails, website updates, digital advertising and social media. Review creative briefs and assign projects to appropriate teams and colleagues through Asana. Create and manage project plans to identify and track the flow of tasks between multiple business partners; includes driving each project through to completion with consistent and accurate status reporting, issue-identification and resolution facilitation. Coordinate creative meetings, reviews, and approvals for creative. Gather business feedback and coordinate with appropriate teams to determine next steps. Troubleshoot bottlenecks, miscommunication, changes, and inefficiencies as they arise. Research outstanding questions, get content decisions, and gather missing information from creative, marketing, and merchandising groups to ensure accurate scope, requirements, and deadlines prior to creative team's engagement.

PMO Establish the first of its kind PMO for LBH, serving the business as a whole Build, evangelize, train and evolve the practices, rules, norms, tools, behaviors and expectations for program management across all disciplines, making every team member who manages a process more efficient and effective regardless of to whom they report Oversee the project workflow system to ensure all deadlines are met internally and externally for all channels and anticipate challenges that may arise. Monitor intermediate and long-term deadlines and milestones to ensure timely execution that delivers world-class content on time and on budget. Collaborate with other business partners on how to evolve and improve processes for all creative initiatives that increase efficiencies. Explore ongoing best practices in the use of Asana including how to track projects using data reporting.

Business Partnerships Build rapport with stakeholders and Business Partners to impact outcomes beneficial to the business. Anticipate requests from Marketing and Merchandizing to understand and fulfill information needs. Be able to negotiate compromises, have challenging conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative spirit. Responsible for asking the right questions tailored to the target audiences; working with creative leads to identify/clarify goals/objective of creative deliverable, and approvers who will be involved in reviews.

Creative Budget Establish, track and maintain budgets for Creative. Manage, process and archive all creative invoices.

Experience and Required Qualifications 5+ years experience in project management and trafficking in a creative agency or in-house creative department preferred. PMP certification required and SAFE Agile training is highly desired Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while ensuring acute attention to detail and deadlines Strong organizational, time management, leadership and communication skills Expertise in mac IOS, Microsoft Office and Asana (and/or other project management software). Knowledge of the Adobe creative suite a plus. Strong problem-solver and quick thinker High Energy self-motivator
