About The Role

Are you a spreadsheet wizard who doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves in a warehouse?

At Wren Kitchens, we don't just build kitchens-we build careers. Our Sugar Notch distribution center is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed Warehouse Administrator to join our fast-paced and energetic team. If you're the kind of person who color-codes your calendar and gets weirdly excited about inventory accuracy, we want to meet you.

Pay: $18 per hour + attendance bonus

What You'll Be Doing: Keeping our warehouse systems running smoothly with your stellar data entry and organizational skills Managing and updating inventory databases (Excel lovers, this is your time to shine!) Coordinating with the logistics, manufacturing, and customer service teams to make sure everything is where it needs to be-on time, every time Generating reports that help us stay efficient, on track, and ahead of the game Troubleshooting warehouse management system (WMS) hiccups like a tech pro Supporting warehouse leadership with scheduling, receiving, and other admin tasks About You

Skills You Bring:

Strong computer skills-MS Excel, WMS, and maybe a secret love for pivot tables A knack for staying organized and spotting tiny errors others miss Great communication skills (you'll be the go-to between the warehouse and the office) Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment (a.k.a. you can juggle) Previous experience in warehouse operations or administration is a big plus!
