About The Role

The Online Learning Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development of online learning across the business. This will involve providing strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of administration, production and reporting of online learning activities. Working with both head office and retail, the Online Learning Coordinator will be required to create innovative and practical eLearning training materials to support the business in becoming recognized for excellence and world-class online digital technology

  • Coordinate all online training projects across the US portion of the business
  • Create, assign, and prioritize Jira tickets for content development, design, and review tasks.
  • Ensure all project documentation and updates are maintained accurately within Jira for transparency and audit purposes.
  • Continuously review existing online learning material to ensure it is up to date with new products, systems, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure that online training material created delivers the business requirements
  • Assure the quality of all eLearning material prior to roll-out
  • Day to day management of the online learning team
  • Support in the development and growth of the online learning team
  • Support the design and development of new online training content
  • Create and produce monthly reports for the VP of training
  • Evaluate the impact of eLearning material rolled out to the business
  • Continuously improve and help develop the training function / strategy to make sure that the training being delivered is consistently at the required standard
  • Support in the maintenance of Wren’s market leading LMS

About You

What you will bring to Wren:

  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • Previous experience working with an LMS platform
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to analyse performance across key metrics to improve training results
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with strong IT skills
  • Strong knowledge of eLearning principles and supporting technologies
  • Ability to make decisions that support learning strategy and delivery
  • Proficient in using Jira for project and task management Familiarity with agile working practices to support iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Good business awareness to understand the impact that changes in process system and procedure can have on the wider business
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at task prioritization
