The eCommerce Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and growing sales on Walmart Marketplace and the company’s Shopify storefront. This role manages the full scope of account activities, including product catalog maintenance, listing optimization, pricing, promotions, customer experience, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with proven success in managing eCommerce accounts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain an online sales strategy for Walmart Marketplace and Shopify, aligned with company revenue and margin goals.

Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate product data, descriptions, and images across both platforms.

Develop, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly content and effective keywords to maximize visibility and conversion.

Define, monitor, and manage pricing and promotional campaigns across channels to minimize conflicts and improve profitability.

Write and edit compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and digital content.

Serve as the primary account owner and point of contact for Walmart and Shopify.

Monitor account health metrics and resolve customer issues quickly to maintain strong ratings and satisfaction.

Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets.

Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting to ensure adequate stock allocation across channels.

Maintain and troubleshoot the Shopify storefront, ensuring an optimized customer shopping experience.

Execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and Shopify app integrations.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service, and warehouse) to ensure smooth execution of eCommerce initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned to support eCommerce and business growth

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of eCommerce account management experience with Walmart Marketplace and Shopify.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent writing ability with proven experience in content creation and optimization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiar with Google Analytics and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to execute strategies and deliver measurable results.

Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement in eCommerce.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture categories.

Knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and customization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify growth opportunities.

Familiarity with omni-channel pricing and promotional alignment strategies.
