Description
Provide technical support for computing devices and applications. Research and resolve complex technical issues. Install and test software and hardware. Collaborate with vendors to solve technical problems. Support business units in implementing standard configurations. Create documentation for new software/hardware issues. Offer high-touch support to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers and peripherals. Resolve technical problems with vendor support. Evaluate and troubleshoot technical systems and software. Relocate hardware equipment as needed. Mentor and train field support personnel. Collaborate on projects to ensure timely completion. Provide on-call support for urgent issues.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in IT. Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and remote desktop tools. Experience in specialized areas of IT is preferred. Ability to handle incidents and requests under pressure.
