Amazon Development Center Taiwan is looking for an energetic, smart-working, and creative candidate to join our operation team in Taipei.
The Role and Responsibilities include:
[Supplier Management]
Own supplier (ODM/OEM/JDM) relationship and manage business escalations
Lead supplier (ODM/OEM/JDM) selection and contract negotiation
Provide overall management and support for all business negotiations, covering cost, supply, and all vendor funding agreements
Conduct regular business review with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement on scorecard performance
Establish a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology
[Cost Management]
Manage cost (Non-material charge and NRE) from project RFQ throughout end of life
Identifies and implements cost savings opportunities
Have strong knowledge base to come out should-be Non-material charge/NRE and action for business negotiation with suppliers
Familiar with leading RFQ activity and have ability to close the deal under financial guardrail
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field - Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis Preferred Qualifications
