HRIS Analyst Up to $90k + 8% bonus Our client, a consumer manufacturing organization, is hiring an HRIS Analyst to join a collaborative HR Systems team. In this role, youll support and optimize Oracle HCM (HR) and Ceridian Dayforce (Payroll), troubleshoot issues, deliver reporting/analytics, and train HR/recruiting staff on system functionality. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot HR systems issues Partner with IT/vendors on integrations and upgrades Provide training and reporting (BI, OTBI, Excel, SQL) Maintain organizational and headcount data Requirements
4+ years HRIS experience Experience with large HR/Payroll systems (Oracle HCM & Dayforce preferred) Employment type
