As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will collaborate with landlords in a single-site office suite located in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This position involves providing on-site support for daily operations to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace environment.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with landlords and service providers on projects and event setup, ensuring adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting standards.
Acknowledge and document all client inquiries and work requests.
Address routine questions or concerns from clients, colleagues, and supervisors promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facility standards are maintained.
Manage and monitor inventory levels of breakroom supplies.
Process invoices and generate purchase orders.
Order office and facility supplies as required.
Assist with event planning and logistical arrangements.
Receive and distribute deliveries efficiently.
Create temporary identification badges for vendors.
Oversee work orders by coordinating services with the landlord and submitting maintenance tickets.
Communicate with vendors to schedule required services.
Answer phone calls and provide general administrative support.
Deliver professional, client-focused service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Collect and compile reports to assess performance and project progress.
Organize and maintain files for work orders, proposals, departmental documents, and vendor submissions.
Follow instructions carefully, including brief correspondence and memos, and seek clarification when needed.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
