This role is full-time on-site in the Rock Springs, WY area. Candidates must have experience in an HR Business Partner role within similiar industries (manufacturing, distribution, logistics, energy, mining, agriculture, chemicals, pharma, automotive, aerospace, etc.)

Job Description
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that drive business goals and employee engagement. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and succession planning initiatives. Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Collaborate with leadership to manage workforce planning and organizational design. Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR-related matters. Experience in manufacturing or related industry. A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Experience in supporting leadership and employees across various HR functions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and propose actionable solutions. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
