Job Description
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as needed. Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. Support performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting. Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency. The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
5+ years of HR experience - preferably within a corporate or manufacturing setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer
Competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
