$17.40 Shift:
First Your Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the flow of organic materials through shakers to prevent clogs. Alert heavy equipment operators when shakers require refilling. Keep the work environment clean and organized by performing housekeeping duties, including scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags. Assist in small bag line operations and help with pallet restacking as needed. Report any equipment malfunctions to maintenance staff to maintain operational efficiency. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED. Entry-level experience is preferred. Commitment to following safety procedures. Ability to work in challenging environments including dust, heat, cold, and rain. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders. What’s in it for You?
