Customer Deployment Integrator - Level 3 - Fort Worth TX What You Will Be Doing As a Customer Deployment Integrator Level 2, you will play a vital role on the front lines of aircraft sustainment and mission readiness. Embedded within the F-35 Deployment Support Team, you will act as a systems integratorcollaborating across engineering, logistics, and operations to rapidly resolve issues impacting deployed aircraft. Your primary focus will be managing life-cycle sustainment requirements and developing solutions that get grounded aircraft (AOG) back to Full Mission Capable (FMC) status. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact aircraft performance, support global customer operations, and be part of a high-visibility team that operates where engineering expertise meets mission-critical urgency. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary integrator for F-35 Air Vehicle and Non-Air Vehicle sustainment issues impacting deployed operations. - Analyze and resolve Aircraft on Ground (AOG) conditions to restore Full Mission Capable (FMC) status in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and operations to implement rapid, mission-focused solutions. - Coordinate technical and programmatic responses to deployment-related sustainment challenges - Support global customer deployment activities, ensuring readiness and alignment with program goals and timelines. - Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations for product improvements and process enhancements. - Participate in integrated product teams (IPTs), customer briefings, and coordination meetings to represent deployment sustainment interests. - Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution processes, root cause analyses, and lessons learned. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to sustainment performance in deployed environments. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce response time and enhance aircraft availability. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
