Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Package, label, and ship products accurately
Prepare bill of ladings and verify packing slips
Operate forklift for loading/unloading shipments
Record shipment data (weight, charges, discrepancies, etc.)
Maintain inventory integrity
Support OSHA and environmental compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
Experience in packing, picking, shipping & receiving
Ability to verify and record outgoing shipments
Familiarity with standard and customer-specific shipping procedures
Forklift experience or willingness to train
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UPS Worldship and/or Clippership
High accuracy and efficiency
Willingness to work overtime when needed

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
