Core Applications Services Developer
to design and implement custom software solutions that enhance workflow automation and system integration across our organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop tailored solutions using modern programming languages and deployment tools. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, agility, and the strategic growth of our technology landscape. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Whether it's scripting, database querying, or working with vendor SDKs, your contributions will help streamline processes and improve member and employee experiences. What you will need to be successful: Technical Skills
Experience with database querying (DB2 SQL, MS SQL, or equivalent) Familiarity with vendor SDKs/APIs and system integration tools Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including code repository, deployment, and security Experience with financial systems, especially Corelation Keystone (preferred) Analytical & Development Skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system/application issues Experience in business process analysis and project management Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Strong documentation skills for technical solutions and operational support Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 3–5 years of experience in financial institutions/services or 7+ years in a related technical role Demonstrable achievements in modern programming and development methods Ways we\u2019ll appreciate you
