Payroll Specialist
to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate payroll processing, system maintenance, and regulatory reporting. You’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. As a
Payroll Specialist , you’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain payroll systems, analyze financial data, and support accounting operations. You’ll also help improve processes and ensure our payroll practices align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. What you will need to be successful:
Payroll & Accounting Expertise:
Experience in payroll processing and accounting principles. Proficiency in payroll software (Dayforce preferred), Microsoft Excel, and general ledger systems. Familiarity with tax withholdings, 401k plans, audits, and regulatory reporting. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with auditors, examiners, and cross-functional teams. Experience coaching or mentoring others is a plus. Experience & Education:
Three to five years of accounting experience, with a focus on payroll. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls is preferred. Ways we\'ll appreciate you:
