ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant - U.S. Location:

Full-time Role Overview: You'll work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling ServiceNow solutions, helping prospects envision success through tailored demos, roadmaps, and ROI analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering Deliver high-impact demos and presentations Create solution architectures and value justifications Support RFP responses and proposal development Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and integration options Qualifications:
5+ years in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ITOM, HRSD, GRC, or CSM preferred) ServiceNow certifications (CSA and one CIS module) strongly preferred Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
