Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in sourcing and filling salaried corporate positions. In collaboration with management, you will gain an in-depth understanding of departmental needs to effectively identify and engage top talent. We also provide a selection of voluntary benefits for further customization. Responsibilities Source and identify candidates for current open salaried corporate positions. Build effective relationships with internal teams to tailor recruitment strategies to specific roles. Leverage all available recruitment tools to present the most qualified candidates. Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system for ongoing and future positions. Utilize metrics and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess and enhance recruiting plan efficiency. Develop talent pool pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from role development to offer acceptance. Collaborate with the Director of Talent and VP of HR to ensure competitive compensation packages. Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers alike. Education A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Requirements/Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of Recruiting or HR Generalist experience. Strong strategic and creative recruiting capabilities are highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. A passion for problem-solving and innovative thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adept at building collaborative relationships and demonstrating sound judgment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some roles may require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
