Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates for current open salaried corporate positions.
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams to tailor recruitment strategies to specific roles.
  • Leverage all available recruitment tools to present the most qualified candidates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system for ongoing and future positions.
  • Utilize metrics and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess and enhance recruiting plan efficiency.
  • Develop talent pool pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from role development to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent and VP of HR to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers alike.

Education

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of Recruiting or HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong strategic and creative recruiting capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • A passion for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at building collaborative relationships and demonstrating sound judgment.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some roles may require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
