Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for current open salaried corporate positions.
- Build effective relationships with internal teams to tailor recruitment strategies to specific roles.
- Leverage all available recruitment tools to present the most qualified candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system for ongoing and future positions.
- Utilize metrics and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess and enhance recruiting plan efficiency.
- Develop talent pool pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from role development to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent and VP of HR to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers alike.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of Recruiting or HR Generalist experience.
- Strong strategic and creative recruiting capabilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- A passion for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at building collaborative relationships and demonstrating sound judgment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some roles may require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
